The pain of multiple outside parties working within your organization (and Salesforce instance!) and not understanding downstream impacts sometimes makes bringing in consultants unappealing, but Carabiner had a complete 360 view to our buisiness, processes, and tools. They were creative with solutioning what seemed to be basic architecture to ensure that what they were implementing would scale far beyond the problem we had infront of us at the time.
