Also my favorite feature this year, are the Acute courses offering EN/ES options for the learner to select the language to complete the course. This is fantastic! Also, the option to select courses with the Pre-Assessment will be a big change and hit with my organizaiton this year! **What do you dislike about HealthStream ComplyQ / SafetyQ?** This is hard... there are so many great features to this product line. One thing I would really like is the ability to better align my students to the setting. I am not able to identify my staff that are in an acute setting vs an Ambulatory setting, so I have to default to one for all of my participants. **What problems is HealthStream ComplyQ / SafetyQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are working on course offerings by State, when there be a specific code that state must adhere to. As an administrator for a business with over 200 employeess its difficult to see the employees that has outstanding assignments. i have to search each assignment or each employee. in this day and age it would be nice if this platform had a report that i could run to tell me which employees have outstanding assignments. There are times i make staffing decisons based on the employees having outstanding education this means i have to look up each employee for the shift to see thier education status. In particular, the Sexual Harassment content is outstanding, meets the DFEH requirements for our State (CA) and doesn't falter, get stuck, or cause problems with our devices.
