What do you like best about Healthee?

So I first heard about Healthee (at the time it was called Insurights) in 2021 and immediatly fell in love with the concept. Healthee is basically what everyone should have if they have health insurance. Ever since then I've been telling everyone about how wonderful it is and how helpful it is for non-benefit minded people.

Healthee is easy to use both as an admin and employee. It was easy to implement the decision support tool before open enrollment and we are thrilled to go live with the main app in January.

Our implementation team, customer support staff and account leaders have all been amazing. They came out to our on-site enrollment fairs and we had a great time.

Everything about Healthee has made benefits fun and easy to access for peopl of every level of knowledge about their health insurance. Highly recomend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Healthee?

What do you like best about Healthee?

The free telehealth benefit is great. It's a great tool to keep expenses down for both the company and the employee. I like having digital ID cards as well as the ability to look up providers easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Healthee?

Trying to get employees to register and use the app has been a challenge. It's one more thing to have a login/password to remember but if you get past that, it's proven helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Healthee?

I like that for my benefits, I have everything that I need on just one place! Including telemedicine! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Healthee?

The initial integration was a little rough, but over time, it just keeps getting better and better! The responce to any issues are resolved quickly, efficiently and with an explanation of what may have happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Healthee?

Healthee is willing to meet us where we are. They have been incredibly receptive to feedback and have made improvements based on suggestions from our team. They've even gone so far as to conduct interviews with employees to understand their experience with the platform so far.

Jonathan, our CSM, is super responsive and clear, and truly wants us to have the best experience possible. He's been fantastic to work with!

lastly, it's nice to see all of our employee benefits in one place, and I'm looking forward to implementing the decision making tool this fall during open enrollment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Healthee?

We have an HRA in place, and the logistics of it has been one of the biggest pain points for our employees. I was hopefuly that Healthee would solve this problem for us, however we're not able to integrate HRA details within the system due to security concerns. While I understand that (and appreciate the concern), I'm hoping Healthee can determine what measures to put in place to allow us to include our HRA feed on the platform, rather than having to link out to an external site.

I'd also like to see improved reporting capabilities and more granular usage metrics. We need to ensure a ROI, and right now I'm not sure the best way to measure that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Healthee?

Healthee helps me streamline a, sometimes, cumbersome and time-consuming initiative for our company's benefits. The Zoe chatbot allows employees to self-serve by providing quick and easy-to-understand responses for their inquiries. Healthee's plan comparison tool really does make a difference during open enrollment and when new folks join our business -- it helps alleviate the burden on our People Team to field and answer questions about the differences in our benefit offerings to allow our employees to make informed decisions independently. All of this saves me valuable time, but more importantly, ensures that our team has the information they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families. What do you dislike about Healthee?

There are two areas of concern and a desire for more.

1) The absence of an admin portal results in time-consuming back and forth with my Healthee rep (who is great, btw). I'm unable to self-serve for things like employee management (e.g., adding/removing employees), accessing reports, and gaining insights into how our team is engaging with Healthee, which would help me make informed future decisions about our benefit offerings to ensure we are meeting the needs of our employees.

2) The lack of an open enrollment integration (w/ Justworks) creates a disjointed user experience. The plan comparison tool is great, however, users need to navigate away from Healthee to complete their open enrollment resulting in a disjointed experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Healthee?

Gaining faster access to healthcare information, scheduling of health services and their associated costs leads to a better employee experience and outcomes. This leads to happier and "stickier' employees and in the end contributes to lower costs.

The app is easy to use and navigate, its' very intuitive for the user. Implementation is supported by Healthee so the employer is not left with building in the data that drives this engine like other platforms. Healthee connects with payroll systems to share the neccessary data between the benefits administration system and payroll to make the life of HR and Accounting departments much more copasetic!

Healthee utilizes the horspepower of AI as a driving force behind a key feature of the app which solidly implants the Healthee App as the leader in this advisors experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Healthee?
