Headversity is a fantastic app for anyone looking to improve their mental wellness. The app is easy to navigate and offers a variety of resilience training exercises and daily mental health check-ins. The app's personalized approach means that users receive training that is tailored to their specific needs and preferences. The training exercises are engaging and effective, helping users to build coping strategies that they can use in their everyday lives. Additionally, the app offers a supportive community where users can connect with others who are also working on their mental wellness. The app's design is visually appealing, and the user experience is smooth and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some users may find the exercises repetitive or not applicable to their specific needs. Additionally, the app's daily mental health check-ins can be time-consuming, and some users may find them intrusive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Headversity provides engaging lessons on developing multiple skills important to your overall well-being. I like that is focused on resilience, and what resilience means in this context and how each skill will help develop your ability to face adversity. The lessons are bite-sized, and manageable, especially for someone like me who does not have a big chunk of time every day to focus on large lessons. I like the badges too! Something about completing achievements provides me a boost to keep on going! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the practices were a little more extensive because I like them a lot and would like to build more on the practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that Headversity is a great concept, and I love the idea of having a 'game' style app to help strengthen your mental health and resilience skills. Just like with Duolingo, I love that it's easy to use and only takes a few moments of your day, but can really impact your life with these moments. I love the Optimism Challenge, the meditations, and the helpful lessons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I've discovered so far with Headversity is that it feels like the content is slightly limited at the moment. Especially for someone like myself, who already scored quite high in the skills sections, there doesn't seem to be more I can do to further my progress in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Headversity is that it is custom made for each different user and personalized. It has helped me with not just my mental well-being, but also different aspects of life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, the platform or user interface is a little bit confusing. When I find something useful, I sometines have a hard time remembering where I found this one thing and then come back to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy to use Headversity is! The programs are interesting but don't take too much time to complete. They are easy to accomplish from weekly goals to even daily goals. Our entire team makes a point to use Headversity for personal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that some of the concepts seem to take more work to organize than it takes to complete the activity (such as the logs). I think they are great but that would be my only negative comment about Headversity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The breathe tool is really interesting and I have found it useful in moments of anxiety or where I need grounding. I also have found the overall approach of the lessons and activities very digestible for a first time mindfulness explorer. The affirmations through the guided mindfulness sessions help me feel reassured when my mind trails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like being taken out of the app for the mindfulness sessions. Some videos are repeated across multiple lessons. I also wish there was an alternative way to track movement and mindful activity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Headversity sets you up with the content you need right from day one based on your answers to a few questions. And you can change your content based on your current needs by answering the questions again. It's easy to use, and there is no pressure to use it more often than you choose. I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about Headversity :)
Since I started using it, there have been several added topics and updates, and everything has been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has been really helpful getting reminders daily in bite size easy to digest formats that help ground me throughout my term. I've tried using the mindfulness app but simple videos in itself really didn't compare to the vast selection of helpful resources on headversity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much that i dislike, however I think it would be an awesome feature to have daily affirmations set up on the applications for students to start their day off on a great note. But in itself, incredible web/application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease of the app and the graphics. I like that each category is a small challenge and you feel good after you've completed them. It has made me think differently to be positive and appreciate the small things.
So far I've done the mindfulness activities, gratitude and thinking positively. The mindfulness meditation is extremely soothing and I fall asleep before I can even get through the entire recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The recording for the meditation sometimes glitches and I have to click play twice but other than that I haven't used it enough to have any dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
