What do you like best about Hatch?

The instant response is wonderful. It keeps my leads a priority when I'm out and not able to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hatch?

The app is garbage. If you get a response in the field, you don't have any contact info at hand and you can't dial out from the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that there is no way to prevent automated imported contacts from salesforce to not be put in campaign if they were recently put in a campaign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hatch?

While the product is cool, I would absolutely never recommend anyone use this based off the customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hatch?

We were dodged by customer service, or flat lied to, for 8 months straight. We asked to end our membership 8 months ago (we were not on a 12-month contract) and are finally pending a refund. However, for 8 months support either lied to us or simply didn't reply to our emails. It's also extremely difficult to find contact information for anyone remotely helpful.
