While the product is cool, I would absolutely never recommend anyone use this based off the customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hatch?

We were dodged by customer service, or flat lied to, for 8 months straight. We asked to end our membership 8 months ago (we were not on a 12-month contract) and are finally pending a refund. However, for 8 months support either lied to us or simply didn't reply to our emails. It's also extremely difficult to find contact information for anyone remotely helpful.
