What do you like best about Hatch?

The automation behind outreach that Hatch can provide, from voicemail drop to texting to even email drip campaigns, is seamless and easy to use. There's unlimited potential that your business can dive into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hatch?

There's some quirky reporting features that don't always sync with current date. It usually corrects itself after a day or two but it's hard to track in real time how many texts/emails are going out each day for each campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hatch?

What do you like best about Hatch?

What do you like best about Hatch?

Customer service has been incredibly patient and helpful. Blair has been killing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hatch?

The app is to basic. I have sales reps on the road a majority of the day and if a customer calls them it is through a call forwarding and they don't know who is calling them. Not the end of the world. But it would be great to have a more robust app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hatch?

Our entire team can collaborate in real-time to react to our customers through text and email. We can see everything that we have said for context and manage the customer's experience without having to make them repeat themselves. We have also created many custom campaigns to control our customer journey through the sales process and make sure their needs are addressed and the messaging is tailored to their individual journey. What do you dislike about Hatch?

We do not have full control over when some of the messaging triggers. Being able to set custom holidays for our business and the ability to separate Sunday and Saturday messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
