There's some quirky reporting features that don't always sync with current date. It usually corrects itself after a day or two but it's hard to track in real time how many texts/emails are going out each day for each campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is to basic. I have sales reps on the road a majority of the day and if a customer calls them it is through a call forwarding and they don't know who is calling them. Not the end of the world. But it would be great to have a more robust app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our entire team can collaborate in real-time to react to our customers through text and email. We can see everything that we have said for context and manage the customer's experience without having to make them repeat themselves. We have also created many custom campaigns to control our customer journey through the sales process and make sure their needs are addressed and the messaging is tailored to their individual journey.
