Hatch's Speed to Lead has assisted our appointment center in converting leads to appoinments. Speed to Lead sets a customers expectation tha contact is coming soon. The software has also been a revenue producer when it comes to keeping current customers advised of additional services. After a few weeks of using Hatch, quickly realized it was not a goof fit for us. We orginally signed a 3 month trial of Hatch to test it out. After that 3 months they charged my card again for an additional 3 months that was never agreed to. That same day I reached to say I did not know my card was on file and I did not know I was going to be charged after our trial. "Leadership" denied my refund request without any explanation and I can't get any response from several of the contacts I have.
