The product is great, well thought out. As its been said many times before, the people make the organisation and I really appreciate Haptik's personnel - they're customer centric, understand their subject well, and guide you on the best solution possible.

These below aren't issues but rather points that Haptik can work on -
1. Cost structure - high cost structure makes it unviable for starters, especially when the commerce app is considered. Maybe workout a revenue share model for the starters.
2. Feature underuse - The application is very feature rich. I wish I was as well versed as the Haptik team in using the application, would allow for much better utilisation. Maybe deliberate monthly training sessions would cover this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
