In our organization we are using happy fox for internal ticket resolutioning and it helps by allowing a concrete view of all tickets specific to customers/internal users and others. It is the best tool for the management of complaints and grievances of the company. It has an excellent interface that diversifies the complaints department-wise or hierarchy-wise. It has a ticket system that helps in tracking the particular complaint and follows all the details till its resolution. Time validity is also one of the best features of this tool. It allows users to track the status of the complaint and its status departments, and it will notify every movement of the complainant from one department to another. Happyfox makes it really easy for our team to stay orginized. We had a ton of issues with managing tickets while staying on top of our road map. We were able to make 2 crucial hires based on the data we saw in happyfox Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much. Its a straight foward solution with great customer service. The issues I have are mainly with our teams orginization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
