HappyScribe is fast and relatively accurate. I use it for videos created by a Spanish speaker, and the % of errors is minimal. When it fails to transcribe correctly, the sharing features allow you to create a link for the speaker to view and edit the transcription, so it works very well.
Love the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sincerely there is not much to criticize. Sometimes I find that the way they split sub-titles into "slides" could be better (not sure what makes the engine decide that it cuts to another slide), but that's not a big deal. It is easy to make correction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before happy scribe we used a different speech-to-text editor and weren't too satisfied with its accuracy, but it was all we had. Then we discovered happy scribe. Their technology works great at a price-point that is comparable, if not cheaper, than the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, Happy Scribe is everything it says it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like being able to read the transcription and then hear something I am not sure about in the same window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't format the transcription within the app. It jumps around when I put my cursor in a spot and hit enter rather than spacing where I am. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After seeing the results of other AI transcription software, Happy Scribe is so much more accurate right out of the gate. Yes, there's still some editing required (names, industry-specific terms, etc.), but overall it doesn't take a lot of time to fix things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally it can't differentiate between speakers, so it runs conversations together. Seriously though, there's not much to dislike! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Big fan of being able to upload a YouTube video and then download the SRT file so I can use as a starting point for uploading my own YouTube SRT files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SRT transcriptions aren't perfect and do require a decent amount of edits, but there is a paid feature to have an actual person go through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use software that translates automatically all your subtitles or content. You can either upload your ready to be translated subtitles or rather upload the original file. The software will automatically convert audio and transcribe the file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some aspects that can be considered. What I struggle the most at the moment is that when I press tab, the video is supposed to stop, but instead, the moment I'm editing fades away, and leaves me in the last comment I edited instead. These are little things that go unnoticed on the app, but that don't really make it worst, as in general it is a great application to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This product is a must-have if you are making any type of videos, posting blogs, conducting interviews or anything else where you either need to do voice to text, you can even add the subtitles burned into the video and identify the speaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I have yet to find a downside to this awesome tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As video booms, the ability to have your videos transcribed is such a powerful feature that opens up many other possibilities e.g search
Happy Scribe is elegant in its execution of this necessary tool.
I also live the fact that it works with multiple languages! That’s. HUGE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there are a few errors (I guess things can’t be perfect!) You do have the option to correct the few errors manually so that’s always good.
Also, it’s a little pricey but it does do the job well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is easy to use, does a pretty good job detecting words, and renders pretty quickly.
I also love the closed captioning option for videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No transcription tool is perfect because of accents, background noise, etc. It could continue to improve there though (like all of them). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
