Happy Scribe Pros and Cons

HappyScribe is fast and relatively accurate. I use it for videos created by a Spanish speaker, and the % of errors is minimal. When it fails to transcribe correctly, the sharing features allow you to create a link for the speaker to view and edit the transcription, so it works very well.

Sincerely there is not much to criticize. Sometimes I find that the way they split sub-titles into "slides" could be better (not sure what makes the engine decide that it cuts to another slide), but that's not a big deal. It is easy to make correction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before happy scribe we used a different speech-to-text editor and weren't too satisfied with its accuracy, but it was all we had. Then we discovered happy scribe. After seeing the results of other AI transcription software, Happy Scribe is so much more accurate right out of the gate. There are some aspects that can be considered. What I struggle the most at the moment is that when I press tab, the video is supposed to stop, but instead, the moment I'm editing fades away, and leaves me in the last comment I edited instead. This product is a must-have if you are making any type of videos, posting blogs, conducting interviews or anything else where you either need to do voice to text, you can even add the subtitles burned into the video and identify the speaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are a few errors (I guess things can’t be perfect!) You do have the option to correct the few errors manually so that’s always good.
