As a sales tool Handshake is simplicity itself. It’s great as it’s on the phone and during a busy day I don’t miss a beat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Account requests should create an account in handshake that we can approve/disapprove. I should not have to copy/paste everything in. Also, when I save an order and confirm on the ipad, I can see the email being sent and customize it. On the Hub it auto sends and I cannot tweak it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
