My rep, Roger, does a great job of helping with any questions that I have and is always responsive when I reach out to him. There are a good number of prizes at each level that cover a variety of interests Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that HALO would bring back the paper catalogs that used to come with service awards. When someone is at 30 or 40 years of service the last thing they want to do is get a piece of paper telling them they need to go online to view and choose a prize. I would also remove the trigger which sends a gift to people who haven't responded. Generally, the lack of response is because the employee is no longer with the company and not eligible for a prize. The best things about HALO are that they provide excellent customer service, they are swift to answer any questions or concerns, and the fact that anyone can replace a broken gift or a gift that never showed up all at no extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about HALO is that some gifts are a little expensive. However, HALO has given solutions such as taking out the pricier offerings to employees for the company to save more money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
