What do you like best about Guideflow?

What do you like best about Guideflow?

What do you like best about Guideflow?

The simplicity of creating demos is its superpower. It’s almost effortless to capture exactly what we want to show our prospects. The interface is user-friendly, which means I can focus more on selling and less spending time (wasting time often) with software. And the demos we create are so much more engaging than the standard slide shows we used to rely on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guideflow?

What do you like best about Guideflow?

"We have placed interactive demos right on our product pages - it made a big difference in how visitors experience our software. Instead of just reading about features, they can actually try them out right there. What I really love is how easy it is to update these demos - when we launch new features, I can quickly create new walkthroughs and have them live on the site in minutes

What do you like best about Guideflow?

"Since I started working at Mangopay, I've only used video recording tools to present new features to the sales team. I also sometimes had to organize meetings with the whole sales team to explain complex functionalities. The problem was that they were passive and didn't really understand the value of the features because they hadn't tested them for themselves.

When I started using Guideflow to train them in new features, they changed their approach. They became actors in the demo and tested for themselves the new flow proposed and the task we were helping the user to carry out. They got more involved, and we felt more listened to as a product team. We also felt that our work was better understood and consequently sold by the sales team. What do you like best about Guideflow?

The possibility to add variables to personalize the onboarding has been really useful for us. Also, the interactivity is useful because the user is active and uses the product in a secure environment before using it on its own way.
