What do you like best about Guidebook?

Guidebook is very easy to edit and easy to update. We use this app annually and our conference attendees say that the usability is easy. There are a large number of features that are easy to turn on and off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guidebook?

I wish there were better ways to connect people for 1:1 meetings in guidebook. We have not explored this feature in depth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although it offers a decent customization experience, there are limitations to it, such as inability to change or remove gradients over headers, remove lines of text in the header, and so forth. Guidebook was very user-friendly for building all the necessary components for our event mobile app! Whenever I had a question, the customer service team was very quick to respond with solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guidebook?

I loved that Guidebook had an easy content creation system and allowed the usage of custom logos, documents, and other pieces that would be seen by the end user. I also liked the ability to be able to mass import and manage items through the Guidebook API with little trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guidebook?

Guidebook does not offer as much technical customization as desired, and requires the usage of hidden techniques / quirks in the application to be able to complete a task. While the HTML formatting is nice in the Guidebook Builder, some elements that are supported do not show up visually in the editor, making it more difficult to display data in fanicer HTML ways that increases engagement with the users.
