I loved that Guidebook had an easy content creation system and allowed the usage of custom logos, documents, and other pieces that would be seen by the end user. Guidebook does not offer as much technical customization as desired, and requires the usage of hidden techniques / quirks in the application to be able to complete a task. While the HTML formatting is nice in the Guidebook Builder, some elements that are supported do not show up visually in the editor, making it more difficult to display data in fanicer HTML ways that increases engagement with the users.
