Having spent the last 27 years in the security industry, I can confidently say this platform is a breath of fresh air. Back in my days as an Operations Manager for a smaller company, the sheer amount of time and effort spent finding staff for ad hoc site cover was mind-numbing. Hours of phone calls, juggling schedules, and praying someone would be available, and that was all before starting the vetting process to comply with BS7858 as an ACS company!

This system is nothing short of revolutionary. It takes the labour-intensive guesswork out of the equation, seamlessly connecting officers and employers with efficiency and professionalism. From the perspective of both compliance and convenience, it’s an absolute game-changer.

This platform is absolutely magnificent and a real game-changer for the security industry. The only downside I’ve come across is that once a job advert has closed, you can no longer access applicants' CV details unless you’ve downloaded them beforehand.

The service is extremely efficient, you can book a course in a matter of minutes and easily add first aid. It is streamlined and very easy to use. After booking, I like that I can keep track of the results of my bookings and also their Corporate Team is on hand to support with any queries. This is a standalone complaint but the changeover from Top Up to Refresher training happened very early compared to other suppliers, and without much warning, which was difficult for our business. In addition, response times from the Corporate Team can vary week by week, sometimes they are efficient yet others it can take quite a while. Hopefully this improves. I have been using guardpass for over a year. It has been a big contribution towards my success in managing a large scale business.

My favourite feature of Guardpass is you can have a preview of candidates before you've even contacted them by viewing the video they upload for the employers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think how it is geographically engineered could have some minor improvement.

The application requires a user registered account to access Mock Examinations - allowing this to be accessed without the need to register could be beneficial to those considering taking the course to evaluate if the assessment requirements are within their learning scope. Very strong database of candidates in areas of density, however a lack of candidates in locations where most employers within the industry will be struggling to recruit.
