What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

There is a great selection of cards, without being so many that it is overwhelming to choose.

People can add text and animated GIFs to their messages, which helps to personalise the experience and add some fun to the messages.

The subscription is cost-effective, with the cards costing less than a physical card, but without the drawback of having to manually circulate it. An electronic card might also be more sustainable than a paper one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

Despite asking my IT Department to whitelist the Groupgreeting.com email address, cards are mostly delivered to people's junk folders, so I have to send an email to most people with the link to their cards so that they receive them.

A feature that might improve the service could be to be able to upload the list of email addresses of who the card was sent to for signing, and then automatically ticking those names off a list when they sign it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company has offices throughout Australia, and most people spend part of their week working from home. Circulating a paper card for birthdays, people leaving, or other milestones, is impractical. GroupGreeting solves this problem by allowing everyone, regardless of where they are located, to add their own best wishes to someone's card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

The capabilites to share an easy link around to social media, via email or Slack and have many contribute to the greeting, using fun colors, fonts, gifs and images! SO FUN and not to mention EASY to use and navigate! I have to say, tied for 1st place favorite about GroupGreeting.com is the CUSTOMER SERVICE - never in my 42 years have seen anything like it; this is something near and dear to me, and I cannot articulate how much this level of CS means to me to see in a company like GroupGreeting - way to Freaking GO you guys, seriously!!! I will continue to shout you from the rooftops, and letting everyone know how cool this site is, and how well you treat your customers! xx Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

Absolutely nothing to say here - I just wish I would have known about GG sooner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work for a fully remote company, so to have a program to support all employees "chipping in" contributing their messsage and signature on a greeting, and have it delivered at a specific time - solving all the problems I had around greetings within my company but I absolutely use GroupGreeting.com for personal greetings as well - I recently shared the link to Facebook and had a bunch of people sign a birthday card for my Father - how cool is that?! Couldn't be cooler... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

Group Greeting is incredibly easy to use for both the card creator and card signers. I love that with some of the annual plans the package can be shared with others. On our team we have multiple people responsible for sending different cards (e.g. birthday and anniversary), plus if any one of the users were to leave the organization, the plan purchase isn't lost. The search function for card themes and GIFs is spot on, and there are so many options!

This is a MUST-HAVE for working in a remote environment! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

I dislike that the packages/annual plans expire. I think that if someone pays for 50 cards, they should be able to use all 50, without regard to time. We always run out of 25 cards in a year, but 50 is too many. Would be great to be able to purchase 50 since the price per card goes down with the higher packages. I don't understand the purpose of the time-limit for use on the packages.

Also, a couple of suggestions:

1. The ability to compose the email the people being invited to sign. While easy enough, currenty I have to compose a separate email with the link to the card for people to sign. I could save a step if I could put the email addresses of the people I am inviting to sign and compose the "please sign so-and-so's birthday card" email directly in the website.

2. The ability to send a single card to multiple people. For example, would love to send a card to a team of people for great work on a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hi Sarah!

Thank you for leaving a review and providing some suggestions. I've passed this along to our team for consideration.

As far as sending a card to multiple recipients-- as a plan holder, you have access to the bulk importer and clone feature that does just this! If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team or check out our FAQ page!

What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

I absolutely love GroupGreeting. This virtual card service allows me to create and send personalized cards to groups of friends, family members or colleagues on a special occasion or just to say hello. What I love most about this service is the variety of card template designs and options it offers. Whether I want to create a festive birthday card or a heartfelt thank-you card, GroupGreeting has the perfect template to meet my needs.

I appreciate the ease and convenience of using this service. All I need to do is select a template, add personalized messages and photos, and then invite recipients to sign the card. It's that simple! The collaborative aspect of GroupGreeting is also a nice touch as it allows multiple people to contribute to the same card, resulting in a truly unique and memorable experience.

Overall, I highly recommend GroupGreeting to anyone looking for a fun and creative way to send virtual cards. The variety of template designs, ease of use, and collaborative feature make it the perfect service for any occasion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

I love using group greeting because my office makes it known that we love celebrating birthdays and accomplishments. When covid happened, we wanted to make sure that we could continue the moral, so I found out about Group Greeting. I have used it ever since for any birthdays or accomplishments folks in our office have had. It is very easy to use and pretty easy to follow. It is also priced really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

I do not have any dislikes with Group Greeting. It seems that more cards are being updated frequently so it has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem it is solving for me is keeping up the moral of our office while everyone is working remotely. It has helped so much in making sure that we can always recognize our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

Long gone are the days of passing real cards around in an office with hybrid working in full swing. Group Greeting has plans for large teams that are reasonable and convenient for everyone including team members. Reminders can be set so that you don't forget your team's birthdays. With a large team like mine, it seems I am always using it for a birthday, wedding, birth, etc. and it really couldn't be simpler to use. I've contacted support once and they were helpful when I needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

Birthday card designs were getting a bit stale, but they've become better at getting new ones added regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem of no longer being able to provide physical cards with hybrid working and team members across multiple offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

It's easy to learn and administer. You can design a card from the included templates or use your own images. It beats the heck out of trying to pass around a paper hallmark card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

If you're going to use it repeatedly, you should get a package rather than buy the cards a la carte. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is so hard to get people to sign a card in person since people are often working remotely or are not even in the same location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

Group Greeting is so easy to use, especially compared to some competitors I've tried. They offer a great selection of cards for both work and personal occasions. I mainly use the site to send cards to coworkers. It's extremely easy to use and their custom plans offer a lot of variety. I was also given customized plan options for our company to better suite our needs. This proved to me that Group Greeting cares about the individual needs of their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

I think the clone feature is a great option; however, I think it would be nice if it didn't count toward the plan allottment. If they offered the option to resend a clone card up to a max amount and anything after that would count towards the plan allotment, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to send out birthday cards and other recognitions to a large group of people and GroupGreeting makes it easy for everyone to participate. They also offer to remind you of the same event in a year which is very helpful when managing employee birthdays. I've tried other sites and none have compared to this one! What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

EASY TO USE, COLLABORATIVE, FUN, INTEGRATIVE, SERVES MULTIPLE PURPOSES WHEN RELEVANT AS FAR AS WORK RECOGNITION FOR MILESTONES, BIRTHDAYS, AND FUN! The ability for others to contribute in their own words for the receiver to see impacts the morale not just for the individual receiving the card but the entire team. Competitive price in comparison to traditional greeting cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

Unable to send to more than one person - if multiple people should recieve the same card as a group -- we are unable to do that at this time. Need a way to turn the group greeting cards into tangible memories as well / keepsakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team prefers the group greeting over money, gifts, and or any other type of recognition. Which has saved us time/money and really helped keep our REMOTE healthcare team engaged in celebrations and recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

I love that you can have hundreds of options to choose from as well as multiple topics and not just bday cards as others. I like that is easy to use and easy to share with a group of people. And don’t forget about the amazing feature to insert gifs or pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

I would love to have a feature to buy cards for less amount of cards, for example, just buy 10 cards for a bunk price and not necessarily buy 25 beforehand if you don't need them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending ecards that my whole (remote) team can sign any were in the world. And of course, is so easy to use that it doesn't get complicated to any user. Finally you can do it in advance and just schedule it to be send whenever you want Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GroupGreeting?

Creating a card and sharing it with others to sign is so easy. The selection is always changing, and I can always find something fitting for the recipient. GroupGreeting is the best option to send cards to our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?

It would be nice to see a plan for smaller quantities. We don't send enough cards in one year to make the discounted plan worth it for us. But it isn't a big issue. I think the pricing is reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

GroupGreeting makes it quick and easy for me to choose, create, and coordinate signing cards for our remote team. People can sign from anywhere and cards can be sent to anyone. I like that I can "favorite" cards for future reference and that I can see what cards I've already sent out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
