I love the simplicity the tool offers to build the reports and share it with our clients. And the option of creative live reports and sharing them with our clients in a secure way makes our clients feel we are more professional in our approach.

There are so many integrations! In the past I have had to pore over spreadsheets and various analytics type accounts, trying to figure out how to best export data and then how to display it along side other data in the spreadsheet.

The only issue I came across is in pulling data from Google My Business for a client with multiple locations. Apparently each client can only be connected to a single GMB location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've purchased plenty of tools in the past to solve multiple analytical data problems that Grey Metrics is doing in one platform. Their dashboard is easy to use and the customizable reports are nice. Live dashboard with all the integrations in one place/link is golden.

I love the live dashboard feature because my clients will be able to jump in and view their analytical data without having to get in touch for a report or status update for any campaign we start that uses different tools such as facebook, instagram and ecommerce or paid ads.

I currently send reports manually because I use multiple platforms to generate specific reports and then combine them with a white label software. GreyMetrics is doing all of that in one go.

The support is awesome as well. I've had a couple issues that were resolved in a few hours.

What I'd like to see is a Single Sign On (SSO) solution or API to integrate into our client dashboard to keep everything centralized to our brand. The white label client portal (subdomain) is good for now but having our clients log in twice is going to become tedious.

GreyMetrics is fast and simple to use. In less than three minutes I was able to connect to Facebook and Google Analytics and generate a report. That's just not possible doing it manually or with more complex tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Is a centralized reporting platform that will help with measure cross channels and web traffic to in one single platform, that is a huge time saver.

March 2020 is still on a develop stage, there are many performance metrics that are not into the platform. and specifically for Facebook Ads there are just a few metrics related to performance and convertions to select to reports.

Reports and dashboards has different metrics to select and can't allow to combine them into one single report to see an overall there are divided on separate reports and this is not very usefull.

Some graphics are not available on dashboards and other not available in reports, quit weird

Finally the UX could be improved cause the arragement of widgets to build a report sometimes is quiet difficult to match spaces between them and takes more time to build a nice one where all widgets and graphics looks fine togheter.

Everytime I go inside a report and save a change it generates a copy and I have to make an extra step to delete the old one.

Also Would be great to create custom metrics to calculate fieds based on existing metrics. Also custom the look and feel reports to personalized it my brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GreyMetrics is always growing and listening to the community. Improvements when requested are quickly responded and scheduled.

It also has a solid road map and mainly a team committed to serving users. Support is fast and committed to solving problems.

The software helps a lot in reporting campaigns and analyzing metrics as a whole. It also helps me to send customized dashboards to my clients.

As Greymetrics is a new software it has some points of improvement in the UI, but since the launch it has already improved a lot.

I would love to see more fields when adding a client. Currently there are set fields but no option to add more custom fields. If that can be sorted it will add more value. I review the GreyMetrics software on live demo with partnership of PitchGround and GreyMetrics and I liked the all the features and upcoming feature that GreyMetrics promised to do that especially the live dashboard this so important for business decision-makers since this will allow determining such as split testing easily and efficiently, and I am really planning to get my hands on GreyMetrics since I will use it to offer such analytics that comes with many integrations that GreyMetrics has accomplished such Facebook ads, Google My Business and Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and many more, so I am definitely will make use of it to offering such services to my potential clients.

Actually it can't be disliked since most of the useful features are ready to serve and other features I think the development team will make it live, such as multilanguage (English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Chines, Russian ...etc), and more payment gateways processors PayPal, Payoneer, Stripe as soon as possible I trust them.
