What do you like best about GreyMetrics?
I love how easy it is to setup reports and email my clients. It is a simple setup with an friendly UI and all is ready to go. Also, I can shedule it which is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?
I would love to see more fields when adding a client. Currently there are set fields but no option to add more custom fields. If that can be sorted it will add more value. Also, I wish they had a intecom chat inside the dashboard for easy contact with the support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
