What do you like best about GreenOrbit?
Green Orbit 's customer support has always responded in a timely manner and with courtesy to all my questions. I also think that the user interface in Green Orbit is fairly easy to understand and work in on the back end of the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about GreenOrbit?
The biggest concern with Green Orbit is the pricing which recently increased significantly. While the product was good for the price before, the cost now outweighs the benefits for our team. Ease of use, having to use the backend for some functions and the front end for others, with no rhyme or reason to why. If you need support, you can forget about it. We purchased time, then were informed it had expired. If we do get a response it's a link to an outdated article that the process has changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
