The magenta header comes up in emails if the sender has never sent emails to my organization before and makes me pause and and think before trusing the email then I can click Report Phising, Block as Spam, or Mark as Safe. It is mostly set it and forget it. We use it for a number of clients with good results and minimal user training. You can edit the text and colors of the banners to customize them, which is a nice touch.
