After following their support procedures, I have found that their team does not have an effective process to have issues addressed within a reasonable amount of time. Example: There was a PDF stripped from a client email. When I attempted to recover the email from Graphus the platform failed and only provided "Attachment recovery error". After raising the issue with the vendor, it took them over a day to assign the issue, the support rep(Angel) could only manage one message per day and did not understand the request to recover the pdf from their system. After 2 weeks this became a time sensitive issue, and I connected with my AM about it 3 times along with escalating the issue on my side once and the issue is still unresolved.
