I have users who reported seeing the same customer being flagged as spam. We have been using Graphus for some time now and I continually ask for users to mark as safe so this may be an issue with the sender using attachmnets. It just works. The magenta header comes up in emails if the sender has never sent emails to my organization before and makes me pause and and think before trusing the email then I can click Report Phising, Block as Spam, or Mark as Safe.
