Granola was a very simple tool to set up and start using, It has been extremely useful in making notes on calls with prospective customers as well as team meetings, and allows me to focus on the conversation with confidence, that the important points are being noted. Being still in development there has been, a few times, that I have provided feedback to the team about errors or ideas.
Their team have been very good at taking my opinion onboard during development to improve the product, and it's nice to see ideas actually come to fruition.
Would be good in the future to bring it to more operating systems such as Windows and Chrome, as this would expand the use within my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It isn't cloud-based, and it is very easy to use. The price is reasonable, and the value surpasses what I pay. I've tried Gong, Outreach (Kaia), Fireflies, and Fathom, but Granola is by far the easiest to use and least intrusive on calls. Because it doesn't record the call and provides real-time transcription, it doesn't need to notify my callers as others do or take up a caller on the meeting; it simply takes notes as I need. I feel bad for Windows users. It is only on Mac right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's simply the easiest tool I've discovered for capturing notes during meetings. Most tools force you into a set number of meeting types/outline structures, but, while Granola offers a core set for you to adopt, they have made it super easy and flexible to create your own for whatever purpose you have. Their implementation elegantly enables AI prompting without forcing the user into that mindset. Their team has made themselves available via Slack or email and are incredibly responsive, proactive and engaging with their user base. Granola is the one tool I continuously have up during my day whether in a meeting or going back to "ask questions" about what happened during the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrations with other systems is still in it's infancy. The team is listening to their users and building based on need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I'm on a conference call, or even just a regular call, talking and taking notes at the same time is never easy. With Granola, it does the notetaking and thinks about how to assemble the, and when the calls over, I have the notes ready to refer to and share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much. I just wish they had an iOS app for my iPhone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that you can blend shorthand with AI notes. It's also super intuitive and super easy to use. The interface is clean and simple. I use this nearly every day for work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love if there were more integrations (outlook, apple calendar, notes/reminders) as well as a mobile app so I could use it on the go. I also don't like that there isn't speaker recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Seamlessly embedded its way in to the current process
- The time saved in adding notes to CRM and removed from admin follow ups
- Great integrations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Nothing at all the constant work on further embedding this software into the customer journey is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With Granola I don't have to worry anymore about taking meeting notes, I can just write down things I really care about and let Granola take care of the rest. Love that I can easily share my notes with my colleagues as well, and that we can all chat with the meeting transcript so everyone can see the full context of the meeting, even if they weren't there. I don't worry about forgetting important things because it's all in there. Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, I love everything about Granola Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's literally the best. It doesn't join your calls like other AI note takers (that was big for me) and the AI is ACCURATE. I don't usually fall for "Freemium" models but after the first 25 free meetings, I HAD to purchase it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would love to see more features being rolled out in a faster way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
