What do you dislike about Gradient Works?

The cons revolve around the gradient decent optimizatiom algorithms that are used in machine learning. These inclde: getting stuck in local mininma; learning rate sensitivity (learning at a "too high" rate causes the algorithm to overshoot minimums and "too low" a rate leads to slow convergence; slow convergence due to the algorithm taking a large number of iterations to develop a solution which makes it computationally expensive; in deep neural networks, gradients can vanish when gradients become very small or explode during backpropagation, hindering learning in certain layers; overfitting when the model is trained for too long with a high learning rate, causing risk of it learning the training data too closely, leading to poor performance on unseen data; large datasets can be computationally intensive when calculating gradients, again, raising computational cost; and it provides limited interpreterability in understanding the exact relationship between features and predictions. What do you like best about Gradient Works?

They offered me the oppertunity to automate lead-to-account matching at Gradient Works. The software has set rules to auto pass leads to the most appropriate rep depending on the industry, size of the account, and previous contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gradient Works?

Territories are always changing based on rep capicity and account updates, reps sometimes do not know which account is theirs. This can cause much confusion and possible loss of potential business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gradient Works?

By implementing Account Books, Gradient Works has solved many of our pain points that come with traditional territories. A few examples include unfair distribution of Accounts based on geographical limitations, limited coverage of Accounts (reps not working the hottest Accounts), and has allowed for quick pivots in a constantly growing and changing landscape. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gradient Works?

There could be a bit more out of the box reporting to focus reps in, however, that's not a big deal at all with all of the customer support offered from the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gradient Works?

I love that so many pieces of Gradient Works were purpose-built to be embedded natively in Salesforce Flows. Many technologies in this space force you to adopt whatever processes and architecture they think is best. But with Gradient Works, we have a super powerful toolkit at our disposal to build whatever works best for us, our Salesforce architecture, and our strategy. Having that level of flexibility has been invaluable to our team.

The team at Gradient Works is also outstanding to work with. It's rare to find a vendor that you can truly call a partner, and we've found that in the Gradient Works team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gradient Works?

I wish Gradient Works had or integrated with a meeting scheduler so we could manage all lead/account routing through their platform. At the moment, we're using ChiliPiper to support this use case and it does not work well to say the least. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gradient Works?

Gradient Works enables seamless orchestration of our entire funnel, from lead generation to territory allocation, in Salesforce.

GW is driving efficiency and focus to our GTM engine. In just a few days, we have redesigned our entire account lifecycle and outbound engine, using a dynamic and actionable process that would have taken weeks to build in Salesforce.

You can focus on your GTM motion, rather than data cleaning and processing.

Plus the implementation phase is ridiculously easy, as it is designed to leverage the Salesforce environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gradient Works?

The UI/UX interface could be more visually appealing, but this is a downside of being dependent on the Salesforce Lightning experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gradient Works?

I'm a Demand Marketer, so I like having the ability to create and quickly deploy my campaigns without needing to involve our Ops team. With Gradient Works, I can easily plug a flow step into our Pardot forms to distibute accounts as they inbound. As a non-technical person, I rely on GW to make my campaigns "work." What do you dislike about Gradient Works?

I haven't experienced any downsides or outages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gradient Works?

Gradient Works allows us to make quick, but impactful changes to the book of accounts our reps work. It allows us to put the right accounts into our rep's hands so they can actively work those accounts. Additionally, they have helped us with lead conversion, which has been super valuable to our org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gradient Works?

More visuals around how reps are working their books and being able to distribute those visuals across the team either via report link or Slack message would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gradient Works?

Gradient Works has a class act sales organization committed to ensuring the solution is a good fit for your org. Their customer success and implementation teams walk you through each and every step of the process to maximize your success from Day 1.

I personally enjoyed the fact that we were able to "graduate" from a territory based outbound motion with our SDRs and AEs to dynamic account books centered around equal opportunity for all. This allowed a successful launch and realignment toward a strategic ABM approach becuase reps weren't worried about territory coverage. From an administrative lense, I no longer needed to manually assign or review the accounts our SDRs were working. Instead, we received dashboards and reporting within the platform showcasing what accounts were being worked and whether or not they aligned with our org priorities. What do you dislike about Gradient Works?

At this point in my career, I dislike that Gradient works does not integrate within Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
