Govspend has not led to any single meeting/appointment. Most contacts that Govspend provides doesn't even have business email addresses. When we asked to cancel the subscription or negotiate a lower amount as we are not using it, there was not any willingness to negotiate any type of fair commercial approach. Zero customer centricity. The ability to be able to search all RFP documents and locate the exact information I need due to their extensive and reliable search engines that search not only the document title, but also the document itself, identifying and extracting the right keywords to allow for the most refined search process. Access to a vast amount of information specifically related to my sales territory. The information I find super valuable include name, phone numbers, sometimes mobile and email. The ability to access contracts to better understand the competitive landscape is super helpful and valuable. My account manager, Priscliia is very resposive and always willing to help. The downsides are limited in my opinion. Learning to create the reports take a bit of getting used to. Sometimes, the platform does not have the information I am klooking for but that has only happened a couple of times. In my opinion, its a very useful platform and has served me well. The product's features are extensive. The Sales team is focused on making the customer successful after the sale. The Support team, is particularly responsive and professional. Having been in phone support, I know how tough that job is and can attest to the quality help I received. It was very much a dialogue to help me learn to use the product more effectively.
