GoToMyPC Pros and Cons

Once we had a problem with the connection and the customer service representative could not do anything. I spent a lot of time on the phone, and the waiting time was long. I had to give up and come back to the office the next day. But when I call the next day, I guess I was lucky and the representative solved my problem within minutes. Easy of access to the windows or Mac systems with admin access control,

Swift file transfers, getting system info instantly with a click and event viewers.

At times the software goes not responding or it doesn't generate a code until unless the session is killed from task manager.

What is most helpful about Go To My PC is that it is extremely easy to work with. I have used this product to connect to my office server from Arizona, California, and Wisconsin. In the few occasins

There is nothing that I dislike about this product. We have other people in our office that use it and they have never complained about any feather of it. I can only say that I personally and I speak of the people in my office that there is no downside to using the product. You can expand the number of users very easily.
