I love the modern look of Gorgias. The integration from Zendesk was quick and easy with minor issues. We were able to handle all messages for the sister companies as well. It made it easy to handle everything in one spot. Plus their support is amazing and handles issues in a timely manner. Oh and let's not forget that you can snooze your tickets. There's nothing that I disliked. I just wish that chats would automatically be assigned when sitting for 5 mins or longer or a possible team alert. This may be something that can be done but the company never looked into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
