What do you like best about Gorgias?

Gorgias is easy to use! It allows us to manage inquiries easily, and we can create multiple agents to take on different types of tickets. It also integrates well with Gmail and Shopify and the mobile app is convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

Overall, there's little to complain about. Perhaps there could be more customisable options for the dashboard for the tickets, such as creating dividers between different sections/ headers of tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
