It's so easy to integrate everything I need, as well as the ease of use in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a better spam filter, but it's not a huge hassle to mark it as spam myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gorgias does a good job of integrating the features we've asked for. Continued effort and improvements with live chat and text support can go a long way. Other than that no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
