What problems is Gorgias solving and how is that benefiting you?

In future,Gorgias is going to be the default Support ticket system.

With gorgias in place, we do not really need too many support agents to deal with customer queries. 60% of our tickets are hanled by the Gorgias automation. What do you like best about Gorgias?

The integrations with Shopify and Gmail are seamless -- they allow us to quickly check on order status, issue replacement orders or refunds, and communicate seamlessly within our own team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seem to be fairly frequent integration outages. We have not been significantly affected so far, but it's something to think about if you're doing a larger volume of tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

The best thing about Gorgias is how quickly I can get in touch with someone when I have a problem. Also, being able to integrate Smile and Shopify so easily makes every interaction easier! I'm also a big fan of all the automation that's offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How all the customer stats show up such as customer spending, customer orders, tracking status

Also like the canned response feature - easier to use than alternate customer service platforms
