I love Gorgias's deep integration with Shopify that enables users to have a full view of the customer, and to service their requests all from the sidebar of the ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

Gorgias has been an absolute game-changer for our company. Prior to Gorgias, we relied on email only with no internal communication. Now we can combine tickets from the same customer (which the customer sends as a standard email), talk internally about solutions, and respond to the customer all in one place! What do you dislike about Gorgias?

The only downside of Gorgias has been the constant updates, although that is a common theme with anything tech. Sometimes the updates cause issues, and sometimes the updates are to solve problems that have presented themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gorgias solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gorgias has solved responding to the customer multiple times if they reach out several different ways and joined our team for more uniform communication vs. piecemeal. Gorgias also allows multiple eyes on the same communication without having to forward via email. What do you like best about Gorgias?

Gorgias helps us minimize the number of tabs open for any ticket queries with their vast integrations with a lot of the major apps in Shopify. We can view, edit or create orders from Shopify in Gorgias which makes it easy for us to process without having to open multiple tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

Currently, it's missing the next and previous button to skip emails you don't want to answer right now or go back to the previous ticket. I think other than that, Gorgias is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to pull up customer information directly from Gorgias without opening separate tabs to view it on Shopify. This makes it easier for us to efficiently go through their orders, information, and transactions without switching tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
