I love that if you respond to an email it automatically assigns it to you so you do not lose any emails. Very great to organize and keep track of every customer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not a huge fan of how every email sent by our support email creates a ticket in our inbox. This would be great if only the incoming emails would show and not the sent emails before a customer responds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some things don't always make sense to me. I don't love how it's sometimes tricky to merge tickets, and the way it tracks agents' time online doesn't seem quite to line up right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
