What do you like best about Gorgias?

The interface for the agents was super simple to use and easy to understand. It's very similar to operating out your typical gmail, yahoo, inbox. The Shopify integration was a nice touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The chat feature was mediocre - if no agents were available to take a chat it kind of left the customer in limbo wondering if their question would be answered. The reporting was very basic/minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gorgias solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were attempting to use Gorgias to answer customer emails and chats. The benefit was the ease of use for the agents handling those inquiries. Having an integration with social platforms was also a nice benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
