What do you like best about Gorgias?

I like that all of our platforms are now in one place. No need to use multiple screens to look at certain info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that tickets are not auto-assigned and in chronological order. With our old system this was automatic and easier to keep track of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

I switched from Zendesk to Gorgias and it has been extremely helpful. The extensions with social media are so easy to add in and you never have to leave the Gorgias platform. It is so easy to use and the support is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

As of right now, the only thing I am missing is the integration to Twitter because I do not have that plan it is included in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
