What do you like best about Gorgias?

The simplistic design of Gorgias is friendly for newcomers to the platform. We also appreciate the "Rules" functionality to help streamline our workflow and reduce the need for agent intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

Integration with Shopify is great, when we are answering a ticket we can know the status of the customer in a quick glance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
