I like how scalable it truly can be. We grew from 2 CX employees to over 20 in 2-months, and adding in new employees in an organized and systematic way was seamless.Great for small teams and growing teams! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the integrations are a bit buggy, but Gorgias has been open and transparent about when they're working to resolve issues. On the whole, they have done a great job in communicating any flaws and working to remove them, and as a startup founder I appreciate the honesty and their hard work to keep improving. We really love being able to assist our customers via Instagram, Facebook and via email all in one place. It integrates with Shopify so we can see order information without having to change screens! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The updates. If there is one thing we dislike is the updates. When they do them you will be working along and then it will say you have an update and to reload the page. What I like best about Gorgias is that is allows you to create different rules, which other support tools don't have. I also like that they added a new help center feature as it really makes our life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be the pricing. I think it would be best if you offer some sort of discounts or promotions for long-time customers. Also, there should be a plan for businesses with small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to say about negatives. When we started SMS, we didn't have Gorgias integration but then they launched that within a few weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the company that I work for we can't respond to Instagram DM's. Also a lot of non-spam gets taken by the spam folder, and I don't even know where to find the spam folder. Also in the facebook comment section, the tagging of customers doesn't work optimal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chat service - customers are able to check on orders status, tracking, etc.
