What do you like best about Gorgias?

Trying to find an email or ticket is one of the easiest things to do, since Gorgias piles everything together for you. The history is right there. Makes life SO EASY Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

Some automation get stuck without notice, so its slightly troubling figuring out what is the issue. But that does come along with using various systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

I like how the team can all answer the emails and leave internal notes. Also same with the phone calls. I appreciate how the whole team can listen to the voicemails and write notes for customer phone team. The system is extremely easy for a few of our tech challenged employees. The support from our rep at Gorgias has been great. Tony has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me set up the phone line! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

Highly customizable as far as different views are concerned. Easy enough to navigate. We use Magento with this software and it doesn't always connect customer accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of active tracking of agents activity. Status seems very laggy and inaccurate at times. Occasionally receive calls when marked as away. Chat function hard to discern from email contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When it works properly, it's nice to able to automatically link customer accounts with support tickets. When it's not it's very frustrating. So far I am not convinced this is an upgrade over our previous system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

The best part or most using part of using the Gorgias platform is the Marcos function. We can isolate enquiries as well as respond extremely quickly thanks to machine learning and the use of macros. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
