What do you like best about Gorgias?

Its ability to integrate with several other tools makes it seamless for support agents to know the right context before they respond to questions. Because of this, we are able to personalize our customer service approach to meet our client brands’ specific needs.

On top of its super easy integration to email, chat, and social media platforms, Gorgias has its own in-house telephony system which gives our clients access to voice and SMS channels all in one place. Not only is it convenient, but it is also cost-effective knowing our clients only have to pay for one monthly recurring charge instead of signing up with different platforms. What do you dislike about Gorgias?

it usually undergoes forced updates on a daily basis which causes the system to sometimes slow down, or forces the users to reload the page, or sometimes, it shuts down completely for an hour or less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

Gorgias is very easy to use and to onboad staff quickly. The UI is pretty good as well. Overall I appreciate that it's very easy to integrate with Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, etc. among our other applications. It makes day-to-day use for the customer service representatives easier because they're not constantly switching between screens and applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

I think the UI could be improved a bit. It's somewhat easy to configure, but overall, it could use some updating, particularly on the home screen.I'd like to be able to customize it and respond to the performance scores. Helping us with customer support. We get customers reaching out about all sorts of issues (orders, questions, requests, etc.) and Gorgias is connected to almost our entire stack. What do you like best about Gorgias?

I haven't experienced many downsides to gorgias. Our ticket system did get messy when we had too many integrations creating tickets. But that was an issue with how we set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

What do you like best about Gorgias?

Bringing all of our customer-facing inquiries into one place has helped us out tremendously. We can auto-assign tickets to the correct departments and employees, respond to commonly asked questions using pre-built responses (macros), and auto-close spam-related messages. What do you like best about Gorgias?

The onboarding process as well as help center documents to aid you in the process have been so helpful. We love that this platform has seamless integrations and that this was built FOR ecommerce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

I was not aware that voice was a relatively new integration to Gorgias and it sounds like my team will have to keep using our current softphone. Slightly disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still too soon to say, but I can already see how my team will be improving in efficiency just by nature of all of the ecommerce integrations made available to us. I love that you can view all order/client information in one place. Returns, inventory reconciliation, and general streamlining of our processes can be automated or partially-automated where as before we had to do everything very manually. What do you like best about Gorgias?

How approachable and easygoing it was. Amazing team and tools. Very straight forward all over. I love the macros and rules and that CS team can use it as point of all the corespondence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
