Gorgias helps us prioritize our customer inquiries and make sure we are getting to them all in a timely manner, and it makes it very easy to assign a customer inquiry to a certain agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You need to make it easier to collect customer feedback -- there should be a customer feedback button that sends certain emails to a data base -- you know what the customer ordered so it can organize it easily by product -- and the CX rep can add in any additional detail to organize it -- but this is a massive hole in e-comm companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration into the Shopify orders and the ability to view and manipulate customer's orders from the Gorgias Dashboard. This is a specific function that doesn't seem to be present with any competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to constantly manually merge tickets is highly obnoxious, when a customer replies to an email it seems to open a new ticket almost every single time and you have to manually merge the tickets. Why the system can't assign a ticket ID and retain that and keep all messages back and forth within that ID is beyond me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Phone integration is not available for all the region especially UAE. And at the time of this review Whatsapp integration is not available. both should be available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every Customer Service feature is in one convenient location including email, chat, phone. Also we can share with other team members about the progress of the ticket which makes internal communication very smooth.
