What do you like best about Gorgias?

Gorgias helps us prioritize our customer inquiries and make sure we are getting to them all in a timely manner, and it makes it very easy to assign a customer inquiry to a certain agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

We had a really seamless transition to using Gorgias, and it really was just a plug and play operation. It loaded in our past 2 years of communications, so we didn't lose any of that historical information, and it's worked great for us so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

The whole thing is very helpful I wish my actual email worked like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

You need to make it easier to collect customer feedback -- there should be a customer feedback button that sends certain emails to a data base -- you know what the customer ordered so it can organize it easily by product -- and the CX rep can add in any additional detail to organize it -- but this is a massive hole in e-comm companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

The integration into the Shopify orders and the ability to view and manipulate customer's orders from the Gorgias Dashboard. This is a specific function that doesn't seem to be present with any competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

Having to constantly manually merge tickets is highly obnoxious, when a customer replies to an email it seems to open a new ticket almost every single time and you have to manually merge the tickets. Why the system can't assign a ticket ID and retain that and keep all messages back and forth within that ID is beyond me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gorgias solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having support interface for all channels in one place. This is highly preferable to having to manage Instagram messages elsewhere, as most alternatives do not have Instagram message functionality. What do you like best about Gorgias?

Every Customer Service feature is in one convenient location including email, chat, phone. Also we can share with other team members about the progress of the ticket which makes internal communication very smooth. It also connects with our shopify store to easily pull up their account information and order history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

Although there are not much to dislike about Gorgias, one feature they can update is the phone feature where we can make outbound calls. Currently the only outbound calls can be made if we initially have been reached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?

I like the efficiency of having all of our platforms in one place. I also that there's no more guesswork necessary on who answered what tickets on each platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not always being notified of new chats although a rep isn't present. I also feel like things can be separated better. I also wish it was more aesthetically pleasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
