I like how Gorgias is specifically designed for ecommerce merchants. The integration with Shopify enables me to provide excellent customer support in a seamless manner with leaving the ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Doesn't work with Grammarly (the add on slows the text pop in Gorgias)
