What do you like best about Gorgias?

I like how Gorgias is specifically designed for ecommerce merchants. The integration with Shopify enables me to provide excellent customer support in a seamless manner with leaving the ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gorgias?

As Gorgias is still developing, I don't have any particular dislikes. I'm just waiting for new updates and features to help improve customer service in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gorgias solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gorgias is assisting us in meeting our SLA. My agents no longer need to open as many platforms thanks to the integrations features. What do you like best about Gorgias?

Integrates easily with Shopify, email, chat, phone, and all of our social media. Setting up rules and macros makes answering common questions quick and easy to allow more time to handle difficult customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some types of tickets are restricted from being merged. This means we'll have two tickets that need to be referenced and can result in responses to customer issues that have alry been solved. Can't like Instagram comments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best bits about Gorgias:

Doesn't work with Grammarly (the add on slows the text pop in Gorgias)

What do you like best about Gorgias?

What do you like best about Gorgias?

User-friendliness and accessibility. It's very easy to learn and there are plenty of fantastic features to make using it all the more worthwhile! We switched to it from HubSpot and I hope we never change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it can be a little frustrating to find old tickets and open new ones, but I chalk that up more to needing to learn Gorgias' system for it rather than the system itself being a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gorgias?
