My favorite part of Gorgias is how seamlessly it integrates with Shopify and pulls all of the customer's information (Name, address, previous orders) into the side view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to refresh my page because there is an update. It would be nice if that could auto-update without having to refresh. Our G-mail integration will randomly deactivate and it must be reactivated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They should build custom surveys for NPS scoring with customers, but also allows you to ask them for detailed feedback about the product or service. The current surveying feature only allows for "reviews style" surveys, i.e. rate your satisfaction on a scale of 1-5 stars. How easy it is to grab data, manage many integrations in one place, and how user-friendly it is. And at the same time, the Gorgias support team is always there to answer questions/find resolutions when things are not working or when we need more insight on something. It's given me the ability to really see what's going on by how quick emails,chats&calls are being taken care of to being able to have different tags to really get the nitty-gritty details of any order Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
