I am satisfied with the GoRamp solution. They have good support and they are answering fast. During our collaboration, we didn't have any issue with service interrupting. The guys are always happy to help us in case of any additional adjustments in the system. So, I can fully recommend GoRamp as a stable and very flexible solution. I really like the concept of the configuration of the status flow.
It is very easy to understand and to use by the "standard" user.
The support team is very quick to answer questions, something that can't be said from others systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even if the status are ok, I don't understand really the restrictions mark on the reservations.
I haven't seen a real demostration of the unplanned order flowchart so I can try to implement it.
I think there is margin to improve, as setting mandatory fields depending the status change.
