What I really like about Google Workspace is how everything works together so smoothly. Whether it's Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Meet, it makes collaborating and staying organized a breeze. Sometimes Google Docs has minor glitches and doesn’t work properly, but it’s not too often. Also, they raised the price this year, which wasn’t very convenient. Another downside is that there’s no live support or chat to contact a support agent. Recently, I needed to reach out for support, but there was no direct support email or chat, and the community forums and guidelines didn’t help resolve my issue. There are many things that i like about Google cloud. It provides powerful AI tools and applications like vertex AI which is bit popular, and it provides a large network of data centers also. I find google cloud a bit cost effective compared to AWS and Azure.It is also good in security and privacy as in provides encryption.The user friendly interface makes the google cloud easy to use.Implementing is also not so difficult.I use this cloud platform regulary to track the usage and analyse it. The things I dont like about google cloud and feel it as a downside is, Trying to integrate any third part application or software to is very difficult and sometimes not possible and even though it is cost effective the pricing model is very complex ,so that it will be very difficult to estimate the price.I also feel it has less resources and not so good customer support compared to other cloud providers like AWS and Azure. It is very easy to use and google workspace consists apps like Gmail,Docs,Sheets,Slides,Meet etc. which require minimal learning curve and easy navigation for tasks like editing documents,creating ppts etc.Quick setup process for businesses and individual. 24/7 support available by chat,email,phone also.I will use frequently in my day to day taks.We can easily integrate any 3rd party apps like zoom,salesforce etc into google workspace. Offline mode use is not that great. It is sometimes cumbersome to manage very large files(especially with drive).Sometimes it is very hard to find some features which are hidden.Free storage limit is 15 gb only.
