easily navigable UI with different tab for Dashboard, Analyze tab for editing and viewing visualization and Metrics, and data tab to list the metrics and view/edit LDM. Its integration and implementation with other system especially with IFrame is quick. There are many customized dashboard that we have developed to cater particular need and whenever we ran into any technical difficulty customer support is always there to help of use. I love the integration we were able to build with GD. It lets our customers make custom reports with a much lower learning curve and more flexibility than our previous solution. Rather than depending on disjointed sources, it helps to bring things together to highlight the critical trends. Maybe the thing that I find valuable, is being able to see inconsistencies early, by comparing past with current performance. This also removes the burden of having to iterate over the updates to find the latest, which saves a tremendous amount of time and leaves little to no stress around monitoring the updates. A drawback to GoodData is that it is a slow process to adapt it to particular business needs. Though the platform is very flexible, being able to change things is dependent upon the familiarity that gets very little. Some features require technical knowledge to modify and you have to rely on specialists for adjustments.
