What I liked most is that you dont need to be a business intelligence expert to use and create dashboards. Everything is very flexible, visually clear, and allows for customization of metrics, which is useful when you have clients with different needs. There are a few items that end-users most commonly ask about, and GoodData is behind competitors.

1. There is no folder management for Insights. Our workspaces will commonly have shared users, as well as locked Insights. Finding a previously created Insight is nearly impossible, and it's easier to start over (which makes the clutter worse).

2. The usage by our clients is split evenly between charts/graphs and exports (to be used to Excel). However, the current ability to export (via Table "insight") will not export medium to large datasets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Iam amazed and delighted by its focus on data integration and the ability to analyze integrated dashboards. I also really like how it allows you to scale BI solution without having to rely on desktop tools.
