The best thing about it I like is the ability to have a glimpse of the performance trends among different sections of the business. It simplifies the process of determining what should be attended to and utilize resources in the most efficient manner. The aspect I do not like about GoodData is that it may be difficult and time-consuming to create new dashboards and data views when the unusual cases arise.
