Top Rated GoHire Alternatives

GoHire does the job. I used it to hire a small team for a tech start-up and after trying to use spreadsheets, Trello and all the other non-fit-for purpose tools found GoHire to do exactly what was needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there were more "built-in" job descriptions, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What impresses me most working with GoHire is how simple it's made in an user-friendly way. From posting job postings to tracking candidates, it makes all of the hiring processes easier with its intuitive interface. Being able to post across multiple job boards with one click is a huge timesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing that annoys me the most in GoHire is its inability to provide the advanced reporting feature, which complicates getting detailed insights even more. Furthermore, some integration with other HR tools could be more seamless to make it more functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a simple UI and it is connected with a variety of job boards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it takes forever for a job to go live, human check is required, when we encountered bugs regarding the job posting we received Absolutely ZERO support from the support chat feature, we left multiple messages and did not get a response or even an acknowledgement for 4 day we have been struggling, no solution yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love using GoHire because of its quick chat and reponse feature.
It will auto generate the responses based on the chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing as of now, But the number are applicants are low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use but almost too simple! I would like a more indepth tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too simple of an interface. More indepth options in the pipeline would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's exactly what we were looking for:
- Clean interface to showcase our job offers
- Customizable funnel for candidates
The very good stuff on top that we knew about, but were not necessarily expecting:
- Evaluation templates
- In-app emailing tool + templating
"Wow" effect:
- Job offers spreading all over job boards. 75% of candidates came from Indeed, which we were not even expecting to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Little mis-understanding on the evaluation template creation
- Access to template edition from "settings" button (for email and evaluation)
- Little fun on the UI, which is quite simple and white only. Would have liked a dark mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to implement. Reduces overhead of managing a hiring pipeline. Solved all the challenges we had. Responsive and helpful support! Feature rich for an applicant tracking system but still intuitive and simple for all levels of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is not relevant, as you can't trust the team to honor agreed terms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dear reader
I can’t in any way recommend GoHire. Here I don’t refer to features, but something much more important for any customer relation – TRUST!
I have bought more than 300 lifetime deals the last couple of years, reviewed a lot of deals, and is well respected in the community for being fair and polite in my reviews.
GoHire belongs to only a handful of deals I have seen being so dishonest and not honoring their agreement with their customers. Let me explain in details:
In October 2018 GoHired needed extra funding to grow their business, so they partnered up with AppSumo to launch a lifetime-deal.
At that time GoHire offered 5 different plans/tiers through their own website. ‘Forever Free’ (£0 / mo), ‘Small Business’ (£49 / mo), ‘Growing Business’ (£69 / mo), ‘Advanced’ (£99 / mo), and ‘Enterprise (£149 / mo).
Through AppSumo they offered a lifetime deal to their ‘Enterprise plan’, meaning the top of their 5 plans. At the same time, they answered inside the AppSumo forum ‘The AppSumo deal gives you access to EVERYTHING.
Before you continue reading the review please ask yourself:
If you bought a lifetime deal, and the deal-site sold the highest tier possible at that time, and called it ‘Enterprise’ would you then assume, you would get updates from the highest tier going forward? Would you feel even more secure, when the founder stated ‘The deal gives you access to everything’ and ‘You absolutely can manage the entire process from GoHire from attracting candidates to managing your pipeline and selecting your preferred candidates to offer your jobs to’.
I mean what would a possible logical and trustworthy name be, of a plan HIGHER than ‘Enterprise’ – if any? ‘Super duper’? Naaah I can’t find any, as I assume big enterprise companies, would go with a plan that sounds familiar, and indicate you can’t grow bigger than that.
OK I think you get the point. Now let me continue.
1½ year after, they have reduced their number of plans from 5 to 3, and renamed their plans to ‘Starter’, ‘Growth’ and ‘Pro’. As a natural consequence of using 1½ year to mature and grow their tool, the top ‘pro’ plan is now priced £199/mo.
Now GoHire claims the Enterprise-plan is discontinued, and say people who bought access to their top tier Enterprise plan in the past, can't get access to their advanced features such as evaluations, questionnaires and reporting. Things that I see as standard features in such tools, and definitely as a part of an Enterprise plan. On top of this, please remember the founder promised access to everything, and at the same time mentioned 'screening features' were on the roadmap.
Just when I thought I could not be more shocked, they now write to all their early supporters, who funded them when they needed it most. Now they offer to give them access to the advanced features they already have paid for – but now only for 12 month and only if they upvote them on Product Hunt…….! – so now I have to accept bribery, to get access to stuff for 12 months, I initially was promised to have for a lifetime.
Well I could continue, to review the features, but honestly I don’t want to waste my energy on this, as I don’t do business with people I don’t trust.
I unfortunately can’t recommend GoHire. Fyi. I have reached out to AppSumo 5 weeks ago, as I don't get the features they have sold me on behalf of GoHire. Unfortunately it seems like, they have not been able to solve the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
pretty straightforward to use, lots of features which if used can be very helpful. We were able to make a hire about 1.5 months after posting the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the dashboard layout could be a bit easier to navigate at first glance. I would have liked to see more applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
