A friend recommended me this software and tried to try it and I realized that it really is a storage software hosted in a cloud of documents designed for tax and accounting professionals. Among its main key features include email capabilities, bulk document scanning, annotation options, automatic file conversion and more. The good thing is that it allows us to have a good Document Management with email capabilities. At the same time you can do Scan documents in bulk and you can also make annotations when you need it. I love how I can feel 100% confident in being able to be paperless without worrying about not having a document that I need. As a company that goes through hundreds of documents a day, it is crucial that we have a perfectly organized paper trail of everything we do.
