The easy negotiation process for RFQ(request for quote) process. This allows me to see all the information on a single platform, evaluate quotes and choose the best one with minimum effort and full automation. Along with this, creating shipments is easy and tracking dashboard is pretty simple and advanced at the same time. The software is easy to implement and customer support has been active from the onboarding to activation. My experience has been great with GoComet. I use the platform daily to track shipments. This has been a great addition to our systems as the platform makes the workflows better and the TMS handles a lot of workflows which were earlier spread across. This makes the effort we used to put much less and the productivity increases significantly with GoComet. The features like RFQ automation, ETA and Geofence work really well as compared to other trials I have taken. The software simplifies some of the key processes in procurement and logisitics for us. The software was easy to implement and one can start using it instantly because of how simple it is. The support team is helpful too and instantly solves any issue faced. Integrations is also very easy and this offers a range of functions in real time visibility and tms domain. Platform is very helpfull for RFQ and contract rate agreement for short term & long term , even the tracking system is really helpfull to know the exact status of shipments this help both shipper & consignee to know the live status of the shipments. Expected dashboad to be more customer centric and need to provide details of tracking and data to Consignee and LSP`s perfomances to shipper. But overall no disadvantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First of all the modules are very easy to use, i have myself learned it and now training my internal team members and all other stakeholders myself wihthout needing any help from the GoComet team, who by the way are very promt and helpful if we ever get stuck.

Secondly, the whole implementation went smooth and faster than we imaguined, considering the complexity and enormity of our processes.

Lastly, after the processes were soreted out, the integration with our internal ERP went out smooyhly, all the requirements were taken care of and if required build by GoComet, which is appreciable.

We have been using GoComet for a year and a half now and we love it. They offer unique features like Predictive ETA, bulk upload of trackings, real-time vessel tracking, Demurrage and Detention information, and much more.

With all these features, the platform is still easy to use and understand.
